I'll just add that with my U-boat that I converted to static with an engel tank, I fully static dive it to the bottom etc in clear pools and the like where I won't lose it. In muddy...

Nice boat!
Those bayonettes are a good idea. I wonder-is that an engle lafeyette type? It looks similar. They have a very nice WTC layout with a 750m tank. Yours might be smaller though.

Here's a link to a Jap company that makes an unreal Uboat '7' that launched 5 torps individually! It's on this link. Takes a while to load the vidio and you'll think it's just a rocking...
