Do you use a balancer with your lipo? Sounds like one of the cells could be out of balance, or a bad cell. 2200mah @ 20c should be more than enough to see a GREAT improvement over the stock battery.

doesnt look like the motor is perfectly parallel with the spur. that could be an issue in the future, is it will wear the teeth funny.

yea, ive seen those and they do look very nice, but im not ready to switch to lipo yet. My charger only charges nimh.
