In looking for a manual, I've found several sources claiming ASP is essentially the same engine as Magnum. I'm not sure if that is true, but if it is, the Magnum XLS 61A manual might help you out....

Another consideration would be weight. As I understand it, a propeller acts like a flywheel on an engine. An electric prop has far less mass and would probably effect the engine's reliability at idle.

Try soaking it in some fresh fuel. Normally, it's dried castor oil causing the carb to be gummed. The fresh fuel should work as a solvent for it.

If that doesn't work, remove the idle stop...
