Vista ARF balance question

I am trying to balance a Vista ARF. Right now it seems it will take 4 ounces of lead weight placed right behind the motor to get the plane to balance correctly.

It doesn't do anything. It works great when not using the 9CAP. The only way to reset the program in reselect the aircraft.
