RE: 4 ESC`s off 1 rec.????

Yes the motors will cut out at different times and the simple fact that one motor cuts makes the other last even longer because of rebound in the batteries once that extra draw is off it. Low...

Thanks for the supports guys. The parts are on the way. Plans are in the works. This one is going to be better than ever. I have one problem though. This wing is going to be thinner than the...

RE: 2 b/l motors off one esc?

In theory, I imagine if they started in the exact same position and freespun the exact same amount it would be posible. Even still there is an issue with them spooling up at the exact same RPM/volt....

RE: 2.4 gig 9303

To make sure I understand clearly. The x9303 2.4 is the exact same radio as the xp9303, only with spektrum technology. So they both have 30 model memory and 3 aircraft types?

How are the 9303...

RE: Spectrum Module

When putting the DSM2 module in my JR8103 how does the antenna work. Is that wire from the module to the antenna external?

If not already, when will these systems be available?

How does...

RE: Phoenix 45HV will not arm?

Some possible troubleshooting. That ESC requires at least 4 cells, so that may be why it won't arm with 3, but why it won't arm with 4 or 5 is beyond me. Possible reason it won't arm with 12 is...

RE: BL Powerhouse for Multiplex FunJet wanted

IMO mega are the best for slamming with wattage. They can handle more volts and handle over amping much better than all other I have researched. The mega 16-25-3 with a 5 cell TP3300 would give you...

RE: EDF Combo Questions

Perhaps a better way to ask this is give specs on what you want to use and we can confirm. You may get more help this way, rather than us having to research ourselves.;)

RE: 2 b/l motors off one esc?

To put it plainly . . . No. You can do this with brushed motors, but brushless motors are different. Basically they have three phases and one of them is always live. There is no neutral and there...

RE: Phoenix 110HV What connectors for motor?

The deans plug is the largest battery connector I have seen. That is where my fear would be before worrying about the ESC to motor connectors because all that wattage is passing through the red...

RE: Are ESC's necessary. Can we do away with them?

Does anyone know where to get this "potmeter" as spoken of in here. I have some small motors for other projects that I would like to put a variable speed on, but it is not feasible to use an...

RE: Brushless ESC and BEC ?????

The BEC is in the speed control. It reduces voltage from the battery by venting excess voltage as heat. There is a limit to how much heat can be vented so there is a limit to (a) the number of...

RE: Parkzone Batteries - Stryker

You should store batteries at 50% capacity if they are not to be used for more than 2 weeks. You should never store near empty, though Li-Po's hold their charge well, you don't want voltage to drop...

RE: TRYING TO SLOW THE PLANE DOWN

If you have a computer radio you can program your throttle end point to be whereever you desire. If you don't have a programmable radio a shallower pitched prop will slow the plane down and draw...

RE: F27 STRYKER - Way Past the Limits - Part 5 - Step in to the Dark Side...

A tear just came to my eye. After 5 successful flights it went down due to radio failure. I was actually on my way in for landing and instead of heading for me I decided to do one more turn to lose...

RE: F27 STRYKER - Way Past the Limits - Part 5 - Step in to the Dark Side...

As a rule for the life of the battery and my wallet I always stay at 70-75% of the max continuous draw. These batteries ratings are for the safety of the individual not the safety of the battery. ...

RE: F27 STRYKER - Way Past the Limits - Part 5 - Step in to the Dark Side...

RE: F27 STRYKER - Way Past the Limits - Part 5 - Step in to the Dark Side...

Perhaps they have updated their cells and thus their site. I received my TP 3300-6s and my TP3850-5s and they are right on what the web site says. Both are 25C, the length on them is...
