The calculator says that a 36" prop at 4138rpm has a tip speed of Mach 0.6; 4138rpm seems kind of low.

I've also noticed that by using a bigger prop at lower rpm the calculator shows greater...

the calculator is recommending keeping tip speed to a maximum of Mach 0.6, should i follow this recommendation? if not, what tip speed will be appropriate?

you need to run a high rpm edf with a relatively small nozzle area to take advantage of an afterburner. and why even bother on a 50mm fan?

that futaba one on ebay comes with S3003s. They are quicker and have more torque! Plus the Futaba one on ebay is cheaper than the airtronics from tower hobbies.

what do you mean "speedy" servo. like it can go from left to right faster? correct? I assume i'd only need that for my steering. The MX-3 has good high torque servos already, what servo would I get...
