I've had nothing but good luck with horizons customer service. I just sent in a AR6200 receiver to get an antenna wire replaced. I will let everyone know how it turns out.

FYI, I talked with Louis at AMA this morning. She told me yes, AMA insurance will have the city as additionally insured. The liability is 2.5 million and aggregate is 15 million.
