are they reliable

and for racing I been working on a 30" catamaran nitro powered off-shore.

How can I modify a .18 to a .21

I have a kyosho Heatwave discotinued model that Towerhobbies still supplies all parts for now this boat is almost 30" long and comes with a .18 watercooled engine
I want to up-grade to a .21 size...

I have not been keeping track but I dont think I have run 10 gallons that sounds like a lot huuum, well this is the problem I am havinf once I get the engine almost to full throttle it bogges down

can anyone help me out on where I can find info perhaps a website or a manual on this engine it needs to be rebuilt soon but I have no paper work or manual on it or were to get a piston, ring etc...
