Balsa Kit Build

Hi All,

I have never built a balsa kit, but I would like to try one. I really like the look of the Guillows Cessna 172 36". It seems like a good sized, well detailed kit. I have no intention of...

RE: MT with a wide wheel base

That's what I was thinking.... Most stuff for FG's is waaaaaaaay overpriced. Anyone with a drillpress, a good jigsaw and a few files will be able to knock them out.....

RE: Battery Charging Question

The tx batteries are Energizer 2500mha NiMH's. I would think they should be ok on a 1000ma charge. The charger is a delta peak fast charge with two settings, 1000 & 2000ma and then a auto trickle...

RE: monster beetle to pro conversion ????

You could probably put the double shocks on the rear and leave the front as it is. This would help the heavy rear end absorb landings better. But you will still need the front shock tower to mount...

I was wondering if tapping out to an M5 size would weaken the mount, can anyone confirm?

What bodyposts do you need for the front? And how would you mount the rear if you didn't want to use the rear wing?

Cheers
