RE: ASP FS 120 Parts - Australia

Don't write off Just Engines just yet. I've bought from them, including ASP spares, on a number of occasions, and found them reliable, quick, and inexpensive. Remember their prices include VAT at...

RE: K&B .45 Sportster

I have one of these. Quiet, easy to tune, excellent manners, easy one or two flick starting, a most enjoyable engine. But don't expect .46 size power. In fact , I suspect a modern .40 would put it in...

RE: Spray Bar alignment

Thanks, Don, this is something I have always puzzled over, having read texts on fluid mechanics in my student days. I set fixed venturi control line engines up a long time ago with the spraybar hole...

RE: Enya 45CX dies?

Hey, Scotty, nice to hear you've got it going OK. My very first RC engine was an Enya 60 III with the G8 carb back in the late 70s if I remember right. Many happy hours on it, and others since. Good...

RE: Enya 45CX dies?

Remove the head and muffler and check the orientation of the liner. Exhaust ports in the liner should line up exactly with the exhaust opening in the crankcase. I've struck this twicesame symptoms as...

RE: Learning to use a hi-start

I am putting together a home made hi-start using solid (not tubing) 1/4 inch diameter rubber. It's known locally as 6.4 mm barrier cord, and works very wellin fact I've just flown from a borrowed...

RE: Thermal Sailor or Vista EP

Bill: You need a 25 amp speed controller with brake suitable for a brushed motor, and an 8 cell 1800mAh battery (this is from the Thermal Sailor instruction book.) I assume the battery specified is...
