Just a little update.

It helped ALOT tightening the servo saver. Before it was at 3-4mm. Now it is at 7-8mm. I hope there is still enough room to protect the servo...

If it turns out that it is my servo that is to weak (because of old age maybe?) which one should i get as a replacement?

Well the throw is already the same as on the Traxxas. So that shouldn't change alot.

I guess I will have to try to do some adjustments to the servo saver and maybe borrow another servo to test...

Well it is okay if it can't turn as good as a traxxas. But I hoped it would turn better than a normal sized family car...

Well i already have a high torque, metal gear (non-digital) servo. It's not a 24kg servo, but that just sounds like overkill.

Im running the STS 30 on my Savage SS with no problems. Should be the same TVP's and all as the Savage 25. Im using the alu shocks though.

If i dont remember wrong it has been stated earlier in this (quite long) thread that you will only see around 75% of the performance when using a Jammin JP2/3 pipe compared to the STS 0702 pipe.

Yea I also gave it a good spray of WD40 all over after I was done washing it. One time I forgot it and the clutch rusted :) Nothing bad though. Did go away fast again after som WD40 and som bashing.

Well this is how i clean my truck. Just put it under the shower and wash it all off. Offcourse I try to be careful not to fill my radiobox with water. Before and after pictures.

You can more or less buy the entire engine in parts and assemble it yourself if you wanted to. So it is quite easy getting parts for i guess.

Just to clarify. The temps you are posting is in fahrenheit and not celcius right? 200 degrees celcius would seem like quite alot.
