Yes it doese work. I got a sleeve pinched and it worked great. I don't have the tools to do it so I sent it to someone that did and they charged me 15 bucks.

I use windows media player. I don't know how to set up those setting you are talking about I just choose the one that says best quality for playback on computer. What other program would be better...

I think you can do without it but I made it and it runs cooler and better too. I know of other people that don't use a cooling head and the work fine.

Yeah if you are going to put it on a t-maxx but you said you wanted it in the mgt so what you need is the flywheel cone and the engine mounts. But almost any .21 engine mounts will work.
