Ya I just yank out electronics and spray away making sure to be careful when spraying near the engine. Motors for these things are cheap!!! So if I happen to wreck one...Who cares!

YA the JAto is my "basher" and the MT is my racer. I run the Jato in a dusty ol gravel parking lot....The MT2 has a Kimbrough servo saver on it as I run a hi torque/ hi speed servo for the steering...

Personally myself, I set my diffs as tight as I can get them and do not have mechanical failures, I have found that loose will make the teeth snap off more frequently.

The SS version comes with most of the upgrades that the RTR doesnt such as CVD's and better diff. As for bottoming out well I guess most vehicles "bottom out" I use my racer as a basher sometimes and...

Definately get the SS version. I just bought one well 2 actually and they are awesome trucks. They handle like theres no tomorrow being that they are 4WD, I race one of mine and bash the other...
