If your going to get universals,get mugen.Mugen have the best quality universals for the car.The 3racing ones are cheap,but they dont last.

Ok,first check and make sure you dont have the nuts in you front uprights that hold the pivot balls in to tight.Also make sure you dont have your wheel nuts on to tight,they only need to be snugged...

hpi apollo is right about the silicone diff oil,these diffs are not sealed.Putting the oil in an unsealed diff not designed to be sealed wont gain you any benefit,will only add inconsistency.
