That is a Graupner Gracia

I have one myself and the mast isn't oval its a circle theres a little wooden piece that the mast slides into and is glues onto the cabin deck

I do plan on sailing her and I was thinking of replacing the wooden mast with an aluminum mast and use rip-stop nylon for the sails instead of the fabric that came with...
