Every main shaft I've ever bought has been slightly bent or the gear is not true. I check them as best as I can before leaving the store from now on.

Try the $20 helidirect carbon blades. Cracked the leading edge of one Sunday with a blade strike on asphalt. Switched to wooden syms while ca repair to leading edge healed. Repaired carbon still flew...
