960 help please

for what ever reason, my 2 month old superbrain 960's LCD screen will only read 12.27v and 11.08 amps and wont charge a thing. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Are you sure you're messing with the idle screw? You need to pull the air filter off to see how/where the carb is set.

Make sure the rear drive shaft is still in 1 piece. After that I would assume its the rear differential. You can do some searchs for information on the diffs and you will soon find your answers.
