I am currently trying to sell my Traxxas Slash (with VXL and all valuable aluminum) because I got tired of having the same truck as everyone else so I replaced it with a SC10. My MLST2 is going with...

RE: Traxxas Slash Aluminum Parts

I try not to loctite because I tend to get carried away and the STRC rear shock tower on my buddies truck WAS loctited but the screws snapped. One of the hardened steel screws that I had snapped the...

RE: Traxxas Slash Aluminum Parts

I definitely think that the bearing should be held in a strong. unmoving carrier. I wanted to get the RPM rear A-arms but the LHS didn't have them in stock so I just stuck with stock. Did you notice...

Traxxas Slash Aluminum Parts

I have had my Slash for about a month and a half now and apparently I am REALLY hard on my RC cars because I have broken multiple parts. Not that they broke easily, I definitely have done TONS of...

RE: Mini LST2 trans + 10,000wt Silicone = ?

I was just trying to get something for the center diff because I have heard a lot of stories about the ball diffs getting ripped up with the brushless conversion. However, I am running the 5400kv...

RE: Mini LST2 trans + 10,000wt Silicone = ?

Well, I finally got everything up and running on my Mini Monster Baja; 5400kv Mamba, Mamba Micro Pro, aluminum, graphite, I love it LOL. While I was putting everything together I noticed that the...

RE: mini lst2

I just read another post that a guy said he hooked a LiPo up to his MLST and it worked great, so I am guessing that it has the LVC in it already, so I would say you can.

Here is the link to that...

RE: Rc18B project started: Brushless Break-In issue, please come-in

I saw a picture that made it look like a normal USB Mini-B plug would go into a MMP but there is that $25 link set-up that they sell, is that mandatory?

RE: Anyone boil their M18T parts to increase durability?

Awesome thanks a million! I will do this and then I am going to put some more 10,000wt diff lock oil in there to see if it does anything good  Hopefully I won't shred them on the first throttle...

RE: I want to go lipo on my lst2?

Thanks a ton! I know the stock MMB battery is pretty much worthless. I hope the 1650 is better, it says it is 20C continuous and 30C burst. I have an Ace Power that is considerably better than the...

RE: I want to go lipo on my lst2?

If there is any doubt the MMB receiver has the cutoff built in so you could get one of those, I BELIEVE the rx is the same though.

RE: mini lst2

I have the MMB but I think the stock ESC is the same and the 1650mah LiPo lasts for a good long time!

RE: Anyone boil their M18T parts to increase durability?

I have heard about this before but don't precisely understand how you do it. Is there a certain time to boil, or a good temp? I want to do something OTHER than buy a ball diff for my MMB (I know I am...

RE: nitro mini lst2

The only cons that I could think of are that the metal center will not allow slip (DUH! LOL) but if you have the DD slipper there shouldn't be a problem as far as I understand. The other is the...

RE: Mini LST2.

Why don't you just order the tires and some rims and glue them yourself? It's not really very hard to get them to hold together, making it look good isn't easy but that doesn't matter if you just...

RE: Gearing for Losi DD Slipper?

Well with that set up you should have no problem getting the front wheels off the ground LOL. I would think that with a 64t you will be wanting to get a 26t pinion set. If you look at the eBay store...

RE: nitro mini lst2

HOLY GEEZE man! That is pretty awesome! I wonder if my brushless will do that. I don't think so, I got a 5400KV and I plan on gearing it for a little more top speed, so the torque won't be as bad...I...
