Its either not beef up the bulkheads and have to tear that ungodly mess apart when you strip the pinion gears or its beef up the bulkheads, possibly shim them, and only have to replace a dogbone here...

I know that those servos are relatively weak...I really don't think they're hitting 160 oz of torque. You should be well within limits.

Hold the controller in one hand and pull the throttle trigger to 1/3 throttle while you pull start it. You need to get more air in there to crank it. You'll need to get creative as to how to hold...

spur gear and differentials are the weak points. Skip steel and go for titanium spurs, hardened differential cases, and shimmed differentials.
