Build-n-flyer, the older Saito 91's have a different style muffler, the header has a bend to it which makes it a bit easier to fit in a cowl. I have one that I'm going to see how it fits in the GP...

If a person didn't want a four stroke, the 91 OS FX and Pitts muffler would be the way to go

The new muffler comes with a straight pipe out from the engine and the whole muffler itself is larger.

I have mine 99% done and was going to put my Saito 100 in it but the new muffler style won't fit in my cowl, :mad: .

Has anyone else installed a Saito 100 in theirs ??

David, I phoned this morning and " Katrina " qoated me the $24.26 as the flex pipe for the Saito 100.

I didn't get a part number.

The new muffler is a piece of crap and I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known about their new muffler design. With its bulk and straight pipe there is no way I can conceal the muffler in the cowl...
