welll im kinda going for the rusty because its stock esc can handle the quad mag, but my for my evader i'll have to buy a whole new esc....which is not worth it because im getting the SS5800 system...

ok.......since i've kinda change directions toward the more basher rather than racer type of guy....
1. should i keep my EVADER, buy better parts for it and get the SS5800 brushless system OR

i bet that if you ask MOST reedy quad mag motors, they'll definitely want a faster motor and i would 100% for sure buy one if they released it

The reedy quad mag (19turn) is faster than some 12 turn motors because i think it has more magnets so it spins the rod thing in the middle of the motor faster......

yes the sphere/lrp combos can handle 4-7 cells. BUT the novak GTB systems can only handle 4-6. BUT the novak SUPER SPORT systems can handle 4-7 cells. All these systems should work in the ol evader...

well in the same sense that ib3800 said it, if you wanna WHEELIE easier put the cell there. it KINDA holds down the car by a mere few ounces.....but other than that, use carboard or CRUMPLED UP...

well, from what i've heard, an evader with a 15-18 and 88 tooth gears with ib3800's does about 35-40 mph. so using the same characteristics, a rustler with an ss5800 should do 32-38 mph

you can probably get extra scrap pieces of metal from a machinists' shop and they'll PROBABLY shape one for you and everything for a couple of bucks at the most....or free....

well....since i orderd 2 battery packs from http://www.all-battery.com then im going to see which lasts longer with one being discharged every 20 runs and one that's not ever going to be discharged....

wait a sec.....it says at the bottom of http://www.rccaraction.com/articles/htBuildDischarger_1.asp don't discharge NiMh batteries.
I thought that you need to occasionally discharge...

where'd you get the cool looking tray thingy??? it seems a bit neater than using wires....
