RE: ***** New E Flite F16 400 DF (Thunderbird Scheme) *****

RE: ***** New E Flite F16 400 DF (Thunderbird Scheme) *****

Thanks for your help, I will do just that. I also have the F-35, it flys great if anything it's a little too floaty. Does the extra weight help smooth that airframe out?

RE: Great Planes L-39

I think I need a bigger speed control but I'm not sure.

I'm using a Hyperion Y22L-5000 inrunner motor with an E-Flite pro 30 speed control and a Thunder Power 2150 30c pack.

The motor...

RE: Great Planes L-39

Has anybody used a 11.1 2500 lipo in a stock RxR? I think it might be too heavy even if it balances.

RE: ***** New E Flite F16 400 DF (Thunderbird Scheme) *****

I don't know about you guys, but If I wanted to spend $500.00 on a jet I would have from the start and it wouldv'e been a way better aircraft than the E-flight. Even worse, $500.00 for a plane that...

RE: ***** New E Flite F16 400 DF (Thunderbird Scheme) *****

No, but I plan on buying the Exceed FA-18 from nitro hobbies. I have the F-35 and i'm real happy with it. What a great deal and everything works great.

RE: ***** New E Flite F16 400 DF (Thunderbird Scheme) *****

No, but I mine crashed and is now fit to be used as packing foam!!

E-Flite's brilliant design of this aircraft (if you wanna call it one) strikes again.

Whoops, they forgot to provide any...

Yep, 70mm fan, a little bigger, and 4 cell probably would have done the trick,

RE: ***** New E Flite F16 400 DF (Thunderbird Scheme) *****

I agree Bearcat, until this I was Horizons biggest fan! However, when they produce a inferior product and make no effort to correct it, I see that as a problem. I know when I have a customer who is...

RE: ***** New E Flite F16 400 DF (Thunderbird Scheme) *****

By now, I have realized that Horizon plans to do nothing for all the unsatisfied people who bought this plane. Instead of correcting the power/design problem, it has mearly been dismissed and the...

UGH, My stock motor just s**t the bed. Good thing I was already on my approach and landed safely. Gonna do Sam77's hyperion motor MOD.

I got about 10 flights out of the stock motor, WAY TO GO...

RE: ***** New E Flite F16 400 DF (Thunderbird Scheme) *****

Just built mine, don't even try to ROG (rise off grass) in the stock configuration. Not only does this bird not have the power to rotate, but the the landing gear is darn near useless on grass. What...
