The meter is 54.99 and the antenna is 8.99. I have been using one and it works great. BTW.......the local hobby shops will not make you BO two antennas.

What reason did the GDT give for the shut down? I had mine shut down a couple of times due to an overtemp condition. The probe was in too far...should only be around 1/16 to 1/8 inch. It did not...

Finally done....this hobby is just too much fun. Using Super-Dri smoke oil. This was just a short burst as keeping the smoke on would block the busy street next to the store.

Smoke system ready to go. I built a drop tank looking set-up to keep the weight over the cg. There is room in front of the tank, but I have a three to four click pitch trim change during a flight...

Things were quiet at the shop today, so I put in most of the smoke system. Haven't decided where to put the tank yet. Will either put one in front of the main tank or build a drop tank looking one...

The Boomer finally flew this morning and it flies great. Took a bunch of up trim from where I had it set and just a couple clicks aileron. Guessed the elevator pretty well in that it did not...

Diane's new "Baby Boomer" she got at Florida Jets. It's now about ready to install the engine and should be flying this coming week. Power is a PST600R and it will have fixed gear for now.

I have 8611s on the elevons and 368s on the rudders. You also may want to look at the very thin 168s for the rudders.
