Tyvek on an IFO???

Hi. I was recently considering covering an IFO with Tyvek instead of plastic.

It is 40 grams per square meter. Is that too heavy?

Build it light. Make sure that all parts fit well (no gaps) before applying adhesive. Be prepared to build another if you are going to teach children to fly with this one. You might fare better...

HLG Gyro

Try the GWS/Cirrus gyro. It is fairly small, lightweight, and only about $50 ($40 when on sale from Hobby People).

Without the case it is pretty slim.
