RE: Building and tuning, Bud Bottle Mufflers.

Maybe I missed it but how do you determine the distance from the head to the silicon stop? Is this trial and error? I have a 25cc Gt Brillelli (converted Toro). Loud little bugger.

RE: MR Aerodesign 1/4 Scale Mudry CAP 10b Review / Build

I know you haven't gotten to the wing but do you know how much dihedral is present.

RE: Scale up of gyro

Hummmmm... I suppose I should start saving some money.

On a related note, which is easier to fly for a fairly new gyro flyer, the BEGI, G3PO or neither?

Scale up of gyro

So what happens when you scale up a gyro? Is it a total redesign or are some aspects conserved? I was thinking a 2X BEGI or G3PO would be attractive. Possible or not????

RE: August 06 RC Report

So I'm building a the RCM DC gyro with a PT25 head and blades and tail (I really like the PT25 head and blades). I read the RC report article hoping to get a few pointers before I try to fly mine...

RE: G3PO loop and roll video

I've built the head for my DC gyro but I was just wondering what are the do's and don'ts in arobatic manuvers?

RE: U-Can-Do 3d 46?

So if the stablizer is not responsible for the coupling then is it the rudder? Maybe too much above the thrust line?

RE: U-Can-Do 3d 46?

I have a question about my UCD46. Will rasing the stablizer to a position like the 60 and 120 size decrease the amount of coupling seen in KE? (Sorry if this covered back in the 165 pages!!!!!!!)

Robinhood 80 Plans

Anybody know where you can get a copy of the Robinhood plans? Kit was sold by Indy and World Models at one time.

Ace Whiz 40 Scratch build questions

I had one of these as my first 4 channel plane about 14 years ago. For those not acquainted with this plane it's a semi symmetrical airfoil, high wing trainer (about 72 in wing). I am going to...

RE: U-Can-Do .46

So if you were not going too fast and the wood grain was not damaged then I see three other posibilities:

1) Weak push rod/horn/hindge system (do you see a lot of flex in the remaining setup?)

RE: Saito Engines... can I trust them?

RE: Saito Engines... can I trust them?

I assume the clearance between the valve tappet and rocker arm changes a little after break in. Again assuming being a new engine that is heated and beat upon at a staggering rate will change the...

RE: Saito Engines... can I trust them?

I've got a Saito 40a, 80, 100. Absolutly the best! My 80 is about 15 years old with only one bearing replacement. I fly it almost every weekend. The 100 sounds like a sewing machine. The little...

RE: kit bashed plane

Sig Seniorita wing, GP Cap tail? Fus was tricycle gear but it looks as though a turtle deck has been added. Can't really give a good guess on the fus, may the remainder of the Seniorita?
