I have a V-Spec engine that I bought used with only two tanks through it. I finished breaking it in and now I can't get it tuned. I think my main problem was that I messed with the mid speed needle....

I did it with liquid mask and an airbrush, I left that room on the bottom for the Jammin decals so they would interfere with the paintjob and they will stand out.
