Have you taken any Temps on the engine right after a good flight. Is the engine over heating. I found that my setup overheated the engine.

Look close at the full scale. It has a flat spot were the screws go. Look how small the hatch is. versus Bobs plane. Also remember there is a left and right. What fun it is to build...
