Water based lexan paint, How to used it?

I have a lexan paint for airbrush, and it says that its water based.
Is it mean that I can used water to thin the paint. I am new to
a airbrush paint, I am not sure how to used this?

Trying to get into a RC heli, need opinion on this!!
