RE: Dead stick landing with a 1.20 SP

Dear RCV,

The good news is, the engine previously discussed performed perfectly. The bad news is, I lost the horizontal stab midflight and had a catastrophic crash. The engine took a hit, and...

Does anybody know an electronic resource for a Zenoah G-23 manual? Or even a printed version? As far as I can tell Horizon Hobby no longer offers this manual since the engine was discontinued.

RE: Dead stick landing with a 1.20 SP

Thank you for the input. Since I posted that last message, I've become convinced the loose muffler was to blame. After examining the post-crash engine, it appears that the first few threads of the...

Dead stick landing with a 1.20 SP

I’d appreciate any input on this issue. I had my first flight yesterday with a 1.20 SP on an Edge 540 .60 plane. I broke it in for more than the recommended two hours, using 15% nitro and a three...

RE: ENYA 41 4 STRK DIESEL NOW LISTED

Greg,

I'm intrigued by your very frank words on the Enya. I was an early bidder on the one you auctioned off a few months ago. I have to tell you, I went through a 6 month period where I was...

RE: Muffler for OS F-90 4 Stroke???

Kimhoff,

Your information was correct! The OS .91 Surpass muffler, Manufacturer Stock#45925000, works in the OS F-90. I'll have to notify Tower Hobbies, since they said it wouldn't...

RE: Muffler for OS F-90 4 Stroke???

Ohhhhhh, Cliff Claven stopped by this thread to say hello... Hi Cliff!!!

Cliff, I can tell you the one .91 that I've tried doesn't work; that would be the RCV .91... So, that's probably not...

RE: Muffler for OS F-91 4 Stroke???

w8ye has kindly pointed out a foolish mistake on my part: It's an F- .90!!! I'm a moron for making that mistake, but that's the reason that the Tower .91 Surpass won't work... according to Tower that...

RE: YS F-1.20 Manual

Dave,

Thank you. I'm expecting the motor early next week, and I'm a little leary now, because it sounds like I may be getting an antiquated version... However, when I receive, we'll identify it,...

I did a search on the...

RE: ENYA 41 4 STRK DIESEL NOW LISTED

I was going to inquire about ordering the "plug", but there is no part number listed...
