I build mostly with Elmers pro-bond (alphatic) and I use 30 minute epoxy for things like firewalls and landing gear plates.

You have to mark the location of the holes on the mount then drill the holes for the screws.you should be able to find screws at lowes home depot etc. hope this helps.

I have the surer tigre 40 ring motor in mine with an apc 10-6 prop it flyes real well. has plenty of power,I have never tried to hover it due to lack of pilot skill and nerves:D but it does loop roll...

About a 70 4-stroke I think is about right, I have 2 os 4-strokes they work great and are very dependable.4-strokes can swing a larger prop and operate at lower rpms than 2-strokes.

Econocote does work well,are you applying enough heat? I would test in a small area or on a piece of scrap to get the heat set. and did you remove the backing off of the ecnocote.hope this helps.
