If it is over 77.2 pounds (35kg) here in Canada then it is a UAV and subject to being certified by Transport Canada, the Feds, to fly, and not covered by MAAC insurance.

Be careful on the use of a "Gift" description unless it fits into a small mailbox. Again I mention there is no duty but tax to be paid and in this case only GST.

Suggest you do not ship by UPS to Canada. Their handling charges are outragious. Their will be no customs duties to be paid. But the Federal Sales Tax (GST) of 6% is required....
