If we could get some Photos of the faliled bearings, the damage would be "Tell Tale"

The bearings would have to be cut to cross section on one sample and split laterally on a seperate sample.

By chance, does anyone have any photos of failed crank bearings on the DL-50? (That i've heard have been happening)

Maybe some that have been cross sectioned? Just curious.

Did anyone "disect" one of the failed dl bearings in search of "root" cause of failure?

Hammbone, I'll agree with you 100% about taking Mr. biggs data. It would be quite unwise to compare his data with any individuals system. Unless it is exactly the same, or damn near close.

If you have extra long servo leads, you could put 4 power expanders in and it would not "get" any more voltage to the servo than if you did not have one at all. You only get out what you put...
