Don't get it. I bought one, after a couple days it quit, I sent it back ($7) and they sent another one. It failed after a few weeks, I sent it back ($7) and they sent me an Atomic body. They have...

Got mine last thursday, have about eight tank through it, FAST!! I've had to re-glue the tires back on and bent the front shock tower, it went off a 5 foot tier and landed on it's top. Other than...

RE: SAVAGE TOP SPEED

Miles in an hour is miles in on hour, a mile is still 5280 feet to 1:8th or 1:1.
People say dog years are 7 to 1 human. a year is 365 or 366 days, to a dog or monkey or human.

RE: tranny screws ,need help

My case doesn't fit flush, the screws tighten but the top doesn't sit flush. I called HPI and Wesley sent me a new old style case no charge. Haven't swapped it yet and prob won't till I strip a spur....

RE: rpm coming out with arms for savage

RE: Newbie Savage Rough Starting

These little engines are like an old car with a carb.

As soon as the fuel hits the carb while priming take your finger off the exhaust.
Now "I" Line up the rotostart (love it!) put the...

RE: Savage takes first place against Revo’s

Good job dude. Looks like the weather is cooling a bit, might get down there the next weekend or two. How much bigger did Cliff make it?

RE: Which Shocks??

I Agree, LHS has them for $135, told me I could have them for $60. Doesn't sound like a rave review.

Great, sounds like a match. I also have an X and looking forward to start racing after the weather cools a bit. What buggy shocks are you running? I have an extra stock set of shocks and multi...

RE: Savage 25 KFX700 edition..

I love my savage X, wouldn't replace it with any other truck. Most of the problems are operator error or people new to nitro. RTR doesn't really mean ready to run, make sure the mesh is right on the...

RE: 2 questions

I think it's more like some would rather replace a $5 spur than a trans/diff. I have no problems with the spur, just set it right.

RE: how to make a racing savage

On the nose, there might have been a couple that couldn't get restarted, but most broke something in the suspension.

I like the Revo. It just isn't tough enough, the engine isn't up to par and...

RE: how to make a racing savage

Last race I watched at Rodslingers had a field of 15 start, only 5 finished. They where all Traxxis that didn't finish, you have to finish to win.

RE: Fuel Ecconomy

You should clean an air cleaner when it needs it. If you run on a dirt track or in a dirt field it should be done very often. If you run on grass or asphalt than it won't need to be done very often....
