They are a Hyper 7 with fatter shocks, different gear ratios and hyper 9 turnbuckles, NFI why they were bought out, Hyper 8.5's are the same price and more updated.

I found sidemount pipes are the best for both sound and power but man they are ugly and they spoil the buggies clean lines.

The Afterburner is small and fairly quiet, bit pricey tho. Also heard theb Rd Logics pipe is good.

Yeah the SS pipe sounds awful. They were frowned on at my track when I used to race.

They are only 5kg heavier than the stock Baja, not that much in the long scheme of things.. Heard KM engines are not that crash hot but heard no major issues with the new models drive trains.
