No it wont because it will not change the direction of the slant, but it will kill you thrust by roughly half, If you need a push setup then you need a pusher prop.

the stock settings should be on the rich side. try the stock ones with a fresh glow plug and make sure its primed well.

p.s how new is the engine? if its brand new...
