Just some updates. It is a MK Curare but it was fiber wrapped and spray painted.

I finally decided to run in the engine and its started on the first 2 flips.

We had a F3A clinic event and...

Sorry i was away for a while. I'll get more pictures of the insides soon. As for the electronics, i will surly change them servos. I'll probably leave the retracts servos alone.

Now i'm wondering if i should actually fly it or just keep it. :P

The plane came with futaba3001s. Should i get them changed or its ok to use them?

I guess i was lucky to get my hands on this. It is completely built even with a receiver and the old futaba battery capacity of 500mah only. It has never been flown and everything is brand new. Well...

deckerv yup i think your spot on. Just did a google image search for "Curare RC" and it is the same pattern but different color :) Thanks!

msouth12 : If I'm not mistaken, the 40 size cmp has the stickers all done up for you. The 120 size nothing is done. Only the paint work. So you would be able to re-spray it if you want. But before...

Hi Bob,

Just went to your website on the DL and I noticed you used the J'Tec muffler and it had no reduction in the RPM. Till now is it still giving good performance on your DL?
