Dan is correct in that the mount you have is not the one that the boat was drilled for. You can change these mounts easy enough or like he said you can also redo it if you choose to go...

Just as Ron and the others said. You definately need to swap the radio and motor. My friend put an OS CV RM in his and man that boat came to life quick. Also the white stuff around the stuffing...

No No, Set your High Speed needle at about 2.5 turns out and run it IN the water for about 3-5 tanks and make sure your nitro has 18% oil in it.

Good choice as I have a friend who runs a TC31 as well. So far he has not had one problem and the boat still runs strong.

You will need the starter and battery for the tunnel as well. Just make sure you reverse the wires when starting the tunnel as they turn clockwise.

I use the CMR7H in my Zenoah, the higher the number the cooler the plug. I have used both the CMR6H and the 7H, both seemed fine but the popular choice are the 7H's

They sent me the 10-32 but youre right they are actually 6mm I believe. They called them 10-32 but the package didnt specify and when I sized them, they were 6mm. I got mine from aeromarinerc
