Hi Crow , good to hear you found the problem . I use expoxy resin for moulds and parts. I prepare the mould with wax and aditional wax based release agent and then spray paint into my mould before...

Dan , you are 100% correct I also use Meguire's , and then I use a wax based releasant that is brushed on . Some people ( including my supplier ) believes the Mequire's is enough on its own...

Hi Crow , that looks pretty good neat and no imperfections etc - to me that is 90% of the art - making a mould any fool can do . Epoxy moulds are the way to go .
