That XTM does look great, but local parts availability is a problem for me. We have a LHS that deals with HPI, Duratrax, and Losi right now.....Maybe I can talk him into supplying parts for the XTM....

Mavrikk 600mm woods

What is a safe max headspeed for Mavrikk 600 mm woodies? I have MS composites on the way, but wanted to use the woodies for setting everything up including a GV1.

Thanks Ben....the new site is up and running, but still has too little band width for videos. I just contacted my ISP, and I am supposed to have some decent webspace on the way.

Here is a video of a JR rep (I hope he reads this and posts his name since I can't rember it) making crop circles in the high grass with a Venture 30...he went a little too low!

I have heard too many good things about that YS63....you guys and gals just talked me into it.....thanks! (I think... :D .....I was hoping to go cheaper!)

Top Cap ARF...opinions?

I have been doing a lot of reading on the Top Cap....it seems like it is the best bang for the buck as far as ARFs are concerned. Maybe Morris fixed the issues with the pull pull system...the tubes...

That is what I am afraid of! I want to avoid being stuck using 30% fuel....weather I want it or need it. It is much more expensive and hard to come by around here. But, on the other hand, 7...

What happens when I run out of 30%....will the engine be able to run on 10% or 15% reliably? I just dont want to screw up a $250 engine or condition it to burn only a certain range of nitro. I know...

I have 7 gallons of 30%CP fuel left over....Will the Saito 72 or YS63FZ burn it reliably or should I find a heli guy to take the fuel off my hands?

raptor 60 starter shaft (pegae)

The shaft itself is 6mm I believe.....you can find an exploded view at Rick's website I think.

I just looked it up....it is called the V-Vector. It is not an ARF, but it comes with the wing assembled and sheeted....no covering though. It was clocked at over 208MPH according to Morris.

It is basically a Dazzler without a turtle deck. I love my Daz with the OS46FX....power to spare. It wont knife edge worth a crap, and it is hard to hover, but it is tons of fun to just whip around.

A guy at our club had the SE ARF with the Saito 72 and loved it. He had a Rossi 45 sitting around and decided to give that a try....he went right back to the Saito after one day with the Rossi.
