Optic 6 not trimming?

My Optic 6 radio is not trimming on channel 3. This is the channel i use for elevator. The unit is 9 months old, how long is the warranty and what do i do about getting it seen to in Australia? Cheers

yeah the planes are cheap but all the stuff in them that breaks from a full speed dive gets pretty dear. Dont know anyone with an Enya 45cx for spares???
