what about your steering servo or rudder linkage?? If it is weak, it wont hold the rudder straight (servo) or if there is too much flex in the linkage the rudder will move by itself

check for air leaks, i had a full house RE.32 and it was easy to tune. Check n seal your backplate, carby base, grease the o rings on your needles, check the front bearing.
