Not too sure if the DX5 can be fitted with a normal Tx type rechargeable battery... but, you can put AA type recargeable batteries in it. And from what I've seen, even in Tx's that use AA type...

Perfect? No, but I think they're pretty good. All pictures were taken at the recent Woodland-Davis Aeromodelers Wings of Victory fly-in. More from the event can be seen HERE.

You know I've seen my share of Mustangs and Corsairs and not a one of them had a two bladed prop.

I think what Chocks Away is saying is that you could get rid of the rudder control all together. Fly the plane as a Aileron/Elevator/Throttle only plane.
As for the motor...
