Finally, and that shaft was indeed bent, thx for the input. Luckily found another allan wrench the right size. All back together, now to get it up and hovering!

I guess I'll have to try swapping tail motors. Fully charged battery, have run thru all the gryo settings, and it still spins left. can't get it to stop. about 6" off the ground it sits and hovers...
