At first I just tightened down the exhaust ports for temp to make sure they worked .Was getting some water in without sealant on the outlet ,easy fix . It idles beautifully and comes out of the water...

I would run it enough to know your setup is good. On my build, I finished my seem and put down some primer. You may find yourself doing little mods after your first run and don't want to worry about...
