I just used the micrphone from my headset and sat it 5 to 10 cm from the speakers of my laptop. Played the clip and recorded it using the old XP sound recorder...

You will have to reverse the servo settings on the TX, for the elevator, aileron and pitch. Apart from that should be no probs. Although, the 56's are not that strong, I would recommend the 65's as...

Hey Phill, just looking over this and it seems like you are on the right track, but maybe through fiddling you have the links to the swash at the wrong length affecting everything from there up.

I agree with the mesh theory, on mine, if I hold the motor stationary I can just get the tiniest movement in the main gear. From stock it was way too loose, only meshing by about 1/2 the teeth.

The Karbonite gears are 4 x stronger than nylon (according to the sales hype),
