what do you mean small!!! the darn thing is 312cm wingspan. The other problem is that we only have a grass airstrip. so it will take a lot of power to get it up in the first place.

My guess would be NO. The outline of the aircraft can be copyrighted. However if you take the outline and increase the stab for 5% the outline is not the "same" anymore.
