What do you think ? We have a couple of fliers that have 3D printed their own props with substantial sizing on a probably 50 cc size electric planes. My issue is safety! I don’t think they have been...

just to jump in here . i built the same kit and never changed anything . just tightened up the covering and when flying . it's been banged around in the truck and no problems . it flies very well....

I have an older OS 4 stroke that is all gummed up. what should i do to get it to a usable state. it's only had maybe 20 flights on it? turns freely but no compression on it so probably has stuck...

thank you for more info, the problem is to find the foam in more than 2" s thick i used to be able to source this in block form but my sources dried out . the blocks were 8 to 12" thick but i can't...

thank you for info I'll get some samples of the green and white foam to see how they are for shaping. i like the idea of using brown paper over top will try that too.

Craig also for magnets lee valley has the rare earth ones in all sizes they work great on hatches, and hold very good, strong little things Ive got those also if you want I'll show you them before...
