RE: Futaba 7C and 9C

I too was interested in this question.

So the 7C has mixing between the throttle and the cyclic/tail? This is a new mix feature I just started using on my 9303 (72 mhz) and I don't know how I...

RE: how long should I charge this things?????

What are you planning to charge the 12volt cell with? I think most newer stuff all has electronic circuitry that shuts off the charge automatically. If your charger does not have a brain then I...

RE: TAIL SERVOS: To Boom mount or not??

35% to 37% gain? wow. That seems really low. (not that I know much at all)

What "ballpark" gain would you say I should be able to get outta a clean setup (no binding) 401/9254 on a Raptor...

RE: Confused on which tail servo to get for t-rex se v2

I don't know anything about the 9650 but the 9254 is for full size heli's. It's an awesome servo but won't work in this application.

I have the JR DS3400G and it rocks. I have to really bang...

RE: Which paddles?

Barracuda, you've sorta answered another post of mine with your response. Do agressive flyers all have the balls out on the washout levers? What are the downsides?

I do 90% of my flying with...

Which hole for the control arm on Washout assembly?

How many of you fly with the ball in the inside whole and how many on the outside whole?

I understand dampeners and paddles make the heli react quicker but still don't change the overall roll...

RE: how to balance fan/clutch combo

I'm sorry for the stupid question but how do you check the runout? I looked it up on the internet and came up with all these examples for full size V8 engines.

RE: how to balance fan/clutch combo

I spun the thing last night on my prop balancer and it surprised me how much mass there is in the package. I'm used to props which have little mass and also slow down quickly aerodynamically. I'm...

RE: Is it really Necessary to Have an SE?

I can't help read this CPpro / Trex talk about what breaks and what doesn't break without adding my own two cents....

I don't care how much stuff breaks on my Trex compared to my blade because...

RE: BEST SERVOS CHOICE ?

I have two Trex SA's. One with JR 285's and the other with Hitec 65's. I personally can't tell a difference when hovering them at all but when I flip and roll the Hitec powered machine seems to be...

RE: head bolt problems

Thanks. That's what I was thinking.

I'm going with the 20mm bolt. It sticks out approx 1-2 mm from the locknut. looks picture perfect.

Thanks for the pointer Iain,

To me the only bad thing about small helicopters is that its easier...
