Ok, thanks guys. I actually switched back to the tuned pipe, and the engine does seem to be running better. Since I'm farily new to this hobby, I'm probably just lacking the knowledge to properly...

I used the Millenium tuned pipe to break in the engine, an OS 46. I changed pipes because I didn't have a bracket fabricated very well to hold the tuned pipe. I thought I'd simply do away with this...
