Heres my 1974 Dodge W300 Powerwagon as of this morning. Had to recover a bunch of trucks from a flooded out dirt road, ended up shearing the base of the winch.

Yeah, on gas vehicles. I don't like it when people straight pipe gas (I was somewhat pointing toward diesel in my post); diesels sound great with it though.

What are the gears made of anyway? I've never really disassembled a chop saw; I figured they would be belt drive or something but gears make sense.

Hmm, I got some more traffic lights in, hehe...

I stripped down the old one and powder coated it a safety yellow and made a stand for it.  The new LED signals I'll probably leave as-is, just clean...
